Key Responsibilities
Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering, process documentation, project deliverable creation & support
Lead business analysis and requirements gathering, process documentation, project deliverable creation & support
Contribute to presentation development, system/functional architecture analysis and drive solution identification and implementation
Should be able to develop/co-ordinate/manage project plan sections and reports and reports status on plan sections
Emphasize on revenue generation via solutions.
Seeks opportunities to partner and transfer knowledge (eg, by actively participating in conferences, meetings, committees, multi-stakeholder groups and/or seminars)
Act as a team lead and mentor subordinates
Provide informal coaching to junior team members

Job Requirement
Knowledge of the airport business and airline processes
Experience in the management and implementation of applications
Proven business analysis skills
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Possess knowledge of Datamodelling
Should possess basic to Intermediate analytical skills
Basic to Intermediate SDLC knowledge
Possess knowledge in testing
People Interactions Within own team or department at operational level
Contact with user/customer at peer/first/middle management level
