The senior director of communications & marketing will strengthen the College?s ability to achieve strategic long-range, recruitment and philanthropic goals by:
? Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships between Communications & Marketing and Admission, Adult Programs, Advancement and other College departments
? Developing an integrated approach to marketing with the support and assistance of the Integrated Marketing Committee
? Providing higher education marketing, creative services and web strategy and development expertise

Candidates should have 7 to 10 years experience in marketing and communications and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. A bachelor?s degree in marketing or communications areas is required; a master?s degree and leadership experience is preferred.
