Advice: ipad 2 upgrade to 5.0.1? Currently on 4.3.3

hi guys, i was wondering what should i do? Currently i'm on 4.3.3, and since the new untether jailbreak, probably apple is going to upgrade 5.0.1 to 5.xx or whatever. So the question is: should i upgrade my ipad 2 to 5.0.1?
