An evaluation of the business consulting firm, one that you can perform yourself is very beneficial to your company. Anything can be put on a resume and many people can provide excellent references for a person, but nothing will compare to what you think of them. Look at the way they carry themselves. Are they organized and business oriented? You need to feel comfortable with them and so do your employees. If the consultant rubs you the wrong way, chances are your employees will not be open to them.
